WHO AM I?

I am an accredited clinical sexologist, integrative psychotherapist, sexuality researcher, educator and speaker.  I have delivered my expertise across media, corporate and public platforms and am a globally recognised voice in the field of sex and relationships. I am an expert in the field of sexual behaviour, intimacy, relationships and well-being, with a particular interest in helping people create or reestablish sexual intimacy and empowering women to embrace their sexuality. I work from a biopsychosocial perspective; assessing and treating clients through an integrative approach which explores the physiological, psychological and social factors behind their concerns.

I run a global practice, consulting with clients from around the world, which means no matter where you are, you have access to psychosexual therapy. I also co-tutor at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS) (COSRT Accred.). I am a fully qualified EMDR therapist.

I host the podcast Asking for a Friend (available on all major podcast platforms).

I am currently undertaking my Doctorate in Psychotherapy through Metanoia Institute/ Middlesex University.
