WHO AM I?

I am an accredited clinical sexologist, integrative psychotherapist, EMDR therapist (trauma), sexuality researcher, educator and speaker. I have an ADHD brain, and I am a neurodiverse-affirming therapist. I am also a gender-affirming therapist. I have delivered my expertise across media, corporate and public platforms and am a globally recognised voice in the field of sex and relationships. I work from a biopsychosocial perspective, assessing and treating clients through an integrative approach which explores the physiological, psychological and sociocultural factors behind their concerns.

I run a global practice, consulting with clients from around the world, which means no matter where you are, you have access to psychosexual therapy. I also co-tutor at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS) (COSRT Accred.).

I host the podcast Asking for a Friend (available on all major podcast platforms).

I am currently awaiting examination of my Doctorate in Psychotherapy (Metanoia Institute/ Middlesex University).
