I am an accredited clinical sexologist, cognitive-behavioural (CBT) therapist, sexuality researcher & educator and author.  I have delivered my expertise on TV, radio, print, corporate and public platforms and am a globally recognised voice in the field of sex and relationships. I am an expert in the field of sexual behaviour and well-being, with a particular interest in helping people create or reestablish sexual intimacy and empowering women to embrace their sexuality. I work from a biopsychosocial perspective; assessing and treating clients through an integrative approach which explores the physiological, psychological and social factors behind their concerns.

I am currently running over half my practice via Skype, consulting with clients from all corners of the globe. Please get in touch with me to enquire regarding availability or ask any questions you might have.

What sort of therapist am I?

I approach therapy from an integrative perspective. I draw from different approaches in psychology, including psychosexual, attachment, mindfulness, person-centered, systemic, cognitive-behavioural, acceptance & committment and emotion focused therapy.

I do not believe that there is a one size fits all model when it comes to our mental and sexual health, and so I allow each client’s stories, concerns and goals to shape the course of our therapy.

During each session, I will interact and collaborate with you to work through your concerns.
