I am an accredited clinical sexologist, integrative psychotherapist, sexuality researcher, and educator & speaker.  I have delivered my expertise on TV, radio, print, corporate and public platforms and am a globally recognised voice in the field of sex and relationships. I am an expert in the field of sexual behaviour, intimacy, relationships and well-being, with a particular interest in helping people create or reestablish sexual intimacy and empowering women to embrace their sexuality. I work from a biopsychosocial perspective; assessing and treating clients through an integrative approach which explores the physiological, psychological and social factors behind their concerns.

I run a global practice, consulting with clients from around the world. I am predominantly based in Johannesburg, South Africa, however I run my practice online, which means no matter where you are, you have access to psychosexual therapy.

I am currently undertaking my Doctorate in Psychotherapy through Metanoia Institute/ Middlesex University.

Please note: I am currently not taking on new clients as my practice is at capacity. Should you like me refer you to someone within my trusted network, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

What to expect

I approach therapy from an integrative perspective. This means that I draw from different approaches in psychology, including psychosexual, attachment, mindfulness, person-centered, systemic, cognitive-behavioural, acceptance & committment and emotion focused therapy.

I do not believe that there is a one size fits all model when it comes to our mental and sexual health, and so I allow each client’s stories, concerns and goals to shape the course of our therapy.

During each session, I will interact and collaborate with you to work through your concerns, and we will constantly evaluate your therapeutic process to ensure that we are meeting your goals and working on the concerns that matter the most to you.
