I am a Clinical Sexologist, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist, Sexuality Researcher & Educator and Author.  I have delivered my expertise on TV, radio, print, corporate and public platforms and am a globally recognised voice in the field of sex and relationships. I am an expert in the field of sexual behaviour and well-being, with a particular interest in helping couples create or reestablish their sexual intimacy and empowering women to embrace their sexuality. I work from a biopsychosocial perspective; assessing and treating clients through an integrative approach which explores the physiological, psychological and social factors behind their concerns.

I am currently based in London, and can be contacted for face-to-face consultations here. I do, however, offer Skype consultations. Please get in touch with me to enquire regarding availability.

What sort of therapist am I?

Although having specialised in CBT, I approach therapy from an integrative perspective. I don’t believe that there is a one size fits all model when it comes to our mental and sexual health, and so I allow each client’s stories, concerns and goals to shape the course of therapy.

I draw from different approaches in psychology, including psychosexual, attachment, mindfulness, person-centered, systemic, cognitive-behavioural, acceptance & committment and emotion focused therapy.

During each session, I will interact and collaborate with you to work through your concerns.
